TildeATH
Ms. Kala TildeATH was a UN Civil Administrator. She was daughter of TildeATH "Tildo" Kabilla il Jong, dictator/hero of the revolution of an undisclosed Central American nation[1]. Her UAI was "Ululate"[2].
UN Career
Ms. TildeATH graduated from the Earthside UN Academy on August 25th, 2032[3]. UNCAO Director Added Space immediately assigned her to the governorship of Mimas, most likely due to her father's political influence[4]. She was her father's replacement as planetary administrator due to medical complications arising from Tildo's indulgence in antifreeze[5]. TildeATH replaced Administrator Jihad Joe as Mimean Governor; the former Mimean Administrator may have been ousted due to his perceived lack of control over BP Saturn in the wake of the Second Saturn Crisis[6]. In this role, TildeATH liased with the local BP Saturn concern and the UN and acted as mayor for the growing colony there. Her continued assignment to Mimas may have also had punitive intent--not to punish TildeATH, but rather to chasten BP Saturn[7].
Mimas Assignment
Nevertheless, TildeATH did enjoy success in improving the GDP of Mimas. On October 27th, 2032, slightly more than a month after her assignment, BP Saturn added another manned mine to their complex[8].
At Director Added Space's suggestion[9], TildeATH emailed "sickle" to an undisclosed net address on September 20th, 2032[10]. It is possible that this action helped Lars Proen kick off the Federation takeover of Mars. The transmission may have also been the signal which lead to the deaths of a UN covert operations team in Mumbai on April 18th, 2033[11]. TildeATH turned over the response she received from the net address to the UNEC. The message showed Federation President Ivano Tretyakov ordering Administrator Pavlo Kozlov to initiate Operation KRONOS on Titan, implicating the Federation for the events of the Second Saturn Crisis[12].
After the ICBM Incident, TildeATH invited Commander Raw_Beef to act as her second-in-command, citing an appreciation of his patriotism and willingness to war with the Federation[13]. The UNIN honored her request by assigning Cmdr. Raw_Beef to a desk job on Mimas[14].
While in transit to Mars, TildeATH was also added to the UNCAO Panel on Saturn to oversee the Titan transition from UN to FEAN hands along with Administrators Volmarias and A RICH WHITE MAN.[15]. The transition concluded successfully on April 1st, 2033[16].
Involvement in Mars Crisis
On May 9th, Shrike Soman demanded Administrator TildeATH as the representative of the UN to Free Mars[17]. Director Added Space complied by dispatching her to Mars forthwith[18]. TildeATH decided that her staff would be composed of Commander Raw_Beef and "Ululate". In anticipation of her service, Director Added Space awarded TildeATH the Medal of Ostentatious Service[19]. TildeATH is still the sole recipient of this medal. The irregular nature of the proceedings eventually drew protest from Ambassador CeeBees.
TildeATH landed on Mars on May 17th, 2033 aboard the SS Martinique. Upon her arrival, she issued a public proclamation to the people of Mars via Google Hangout[20]. Commander Prof. Snark was added to her detail in order to gather further intelligence on the Brotherhood of Free Mars and its possible connections with the Federation[21]. She was transported to the BFM-held Lockyer Crater colony on May 18th[22]. After her arrival, she aided Prof. Snark in communicating with his UN handlers through a novel means of encrypted communications[23][24]. Negotiations with Soman began shortly after reaching Lockyer.
Shrike Soman also insisted that he would only negotiate with Ms. TildeATH[25].
Initial negotiations outlined the offer which would eventually become the Second Treaty of Mars[26]. While in talks, TildeATH secured proof of Federation mendacity in the concealment of a Belnar ECM device.
