Extraordinary

Administrator extraordinary was among the first UN civilian administrators. He is one of the most capable administrators in UNCAO, providing excellent returns in industry and finance, while also being one of the UN's most reliable political supporters.

The Republic of Mars

He became Governor of Mars on July 9, 2027[1]. He is known still as the First Martian and was also the Senate-appointed First Minister of the Martian Republic[2].

Interim Postings

At an undisclosed date, Administrator extraordinary was transferred to Iapetus. On November 23rd, 2032, he was transferred to 52 Europa to relieve Mr. Pokewarveteran[3]. At an undisclosed date, Administrator extraordinary was again transferred, this time to Callisto. On October 2nd, 2033, he was relieved by Mr. Iunnrais and returned to 52 Europa[4]. He was relieved of his posting by Administrator Coolguye on January 25th, 2035[5].

Tranquility City

After finally departing Europa 52, extraordinary was assigned as Administrator of the Lunar Tranquility colony. On December 15th, 2035, Administrator extraordinary announced a six-month subsidy program to house any UN Mars Remnant emigrees who wished to move to Tranquility City. On April 3rd, 2036, Administrator extraordinary was revealed to be a supporter of the Cornucopia Enclave[6].
