Doctrine
Knowledge of Federation technologies gained during the Mars Crisis, and later the Lictor incident imply that the Federation's void navy is equipped with ICEF Shields, missiles, and mesons, with ships having a dedicated purpose (Moskvas as fast attack craft, Skory's as missile attack cruisers, etc.) While other equipment loadouts are possible, and counter-plans should not be made assuming that these are their only armaments, they represent a reasonable baseline assumption of capabilities.
Composition
18x Moskva-class corvettes. 6x Skory-class cruisers. (All have been upgraded to Skory 33).

Logistics Fleet
Lots of Ural-class Freighters, Udaloy-31-class(NPE revision Urals) Freighters, Sverdlov and Sverdlov-31-class Colony Ships. Reka-class Geological Survey Vessels. At least one Medved-class vessel with jump capability, purpose unknown. Atleast one Bengali-class vessel, presumed to be a gravitational survey craft. Civilian owned Kiev-class Passenger Cruisers. No troop transportation capability.
Ground Forces
Likely forces: 50 Low Tech Infantry, 25 Low Tech Armor - Some may have been converted to Cadres to be retrained with modern equipment.
Several TNE Engineering Brigades on Mars were lost in actions with the BFM.
TNE Mobile Infantry tech was traded to the Federation in May of 2033 - circumstances suggest that they possessed neither any modern offensive ground units, nor the research to raise them, as of that point.
Disposition
Mars Fleet
3 Skory's and 10 Moskva's have been counted holding in orbit of the Mars moon of Deimos.
Saturn Fleet
As of 4th May 2034, the Federation Saturn fleet stationed at Titan consists of two Moskvas and two civillian Rekas.
Mining Operation Guards
The federation seems to be maintaining 1-2 Moskva's at each of their asteroid mines.
Sol Jump Point 1 (61 Cygni)
As of 17 December 2034: 2x Skory 33 (one of the Skory's is the FEK Bystry, commanded by Kommodor Rana Biswal) and 2x Moskva, presumably 1x Medved. Unknown number of ships on the 61 Cygni side. Known commanders: Kapitan Shashenka Vorobyov, Kommander Danya Davydov, Kommander Savarna Gholkar.
