Skory

The Skory is a Federation ship class.

Capabilities

Mostly unknown, it has a tonnage of 6,000, observed thermal signature of 120, 144, 180 and an observed speed of 1,000 km/s, later updated to 1,200 km/s, and then again to 1500 km/s.

The Skory/33 has an observed speed of at least the same as the Samar/Surigao design, as well as at least four size-4 missile tubes.

Skory 36: An update to the Skory 33 Cruiser. The Federation has added 500 tons to her void displacement bringing it to 6500T. Making 2500 kps, she has a thermal signature of 325, which is 8.3% higher than a Skory 33 at the same speed. First comissioned 10 March 2036 it is suspected to be an update to upgrade the venerable Skory class to third generation technology.

Upon opening fire we know that the skory possesses atleast 4 size 4 launchers. Likewise, she revealed a potential speed of up to 3000 km/s. Here are two speculative configurations for pure missile boats. These represent worst cases for Speed and armor and magazine space respectively. She carries the Type 16 Flytrap anti-missile launcher, and has capability to carry the Gecko anti-missile missile (in both the Size-4 launcher and the Flytrap), and the Cormorant anti-ship missile (in her Size-4 launcher).

The NTE versions will be correspondingly slower at their max speed of 2083 km/s with a 10 engine configuration, they may of course possess only 9 engines. Likewise their fire control will be less capable, at 9M km for anti-ship work.
