In response to ABROGATORs disabling, and potentially destruction of the UNS Negros, the obvious shortcomings of our current doctrine should be clear to all. This plan aims to redress that. A deep space collier group is to be formed from our cruisers, and a strike group with escorts is to be formed from our destroyers. the 1st target will be any picket moskvas the FEAN directs to screen for, and cover the range deficiencies of, their skory, and then when these are all dead the target will change to the Skory-33 that is the heart of ABROGATOR.
Step one is the survival of the two Samar IIs and as many destroyers as is possible, If ABROGATOR can run them down then the entire plan is obviously unworkable. Once safe, one Samar II and half of the remaining destroyers are to maintain picket watch on ABROGATOR, and the rest are to return to earth to rearm their magazines with a 70/30 split of hornets and mosquitos. Concurrently, the cruiser group(TG COLLIER) is to fill its magazines with a similar split of hornets and mosquitos and head for deep space, on the quickest route away from FEAN DSTS coverage.
Step two is for PHALANX to set course for a point 12m km from mars. They are to advance towards mars a Moskva is in firing range and destroy that Moskva. If ABROGATOR persues, hold range, if moskvas advance ahead, allow them to move 1m km away from abrogator as a whole and then target them.
Step three: when PHALANX exhausts its ordnance she is to link up with TG COLLIER and rearm taking such evasive actions as are necessary to hide her true destination, and then return to mars.
This plan, if successful, will give us the only position of strength that we can hope for. It will be supremely expensive in terms of missile spent, if the Skory-33 has greater capabilities then currently assumed it will fail. if enough moskvas are available we may not be able to kill them all. A lesser option would be to demonstrate that our ships do have range on theirs which may be a sufficient bargaining chip, that would depend on the Skory-33's amm complement, if any.
