Background
See Second Saturn Crisis for the situation that led to November Blue.
Summary: During the Second Saturn Crisis, a group of PMC security personel on Mimas refused to stand down, taking a habitation dome worth of civillians hostage. Their leader, Lars Proen, claimed to have vital information on a federation project codenamed KRONUS, an attempt to destabilise UN Saturnian holdings. INTEL has not reached a consensus on the likely goals of KRONUS. Considering the pressing nature of the Saturn Crisis, UNEC launched operation November Blue in an attempt to secure Proen's willing cooperation without endangering public opinion or civillian lives.
