Summary: During the Second Saturn Crisis, a group of PMC security personel on Mimas refused to stand down, taking a habitation dome worth of civilians hostage. Their leader, Lars Proen, claimed to have vital information on a Federation project codenamed KRONUS, an attempt to destabilise UN Saturnian holdings.
