War Plan Black is the UN operations plan for limited warfare against the Federation. Attacks on Earth or shared colonies would be regarded as off-limits, so operations would be confined to Mars, the Outer Solar System, and extra-solar territory.

The main operations stage would prioritize neutralization of Federation fleet assets and the seizure of moon or asteroid mining colonies to deny war materiel.

Operation TARTARUS

The final stages of War Plan Black focus on the assault on Titan, Mars, and Federation colonies in other star systems.
