The University of Trans-Newtonian Sciences, located in Seville, Spain began construction in 2034 as part of a program to encourage United Nations leaders from nations not typically considered to be power players in UN void affairs. The University, which was partially funded by a grant to allow citizens of un-aligned nations to learn trans-newtonian concepts and skills, draws a large portion of its admissions from Latin America, as well as North Africa - through the Saharan Re-Greening Vocational School. In addition to its work with students from what was formerly the third world - the University is home to the United Nations School of Power and Propulsion devoted to training scientists in that field with the hope of providing fast, efficient transportation and safe and effective power generation throughout UN and UN affiliated territory.
