Ragnarok Fleet Headquarters, located in a crater dome complex 10 kilometers outside the city of Mimir on Callisto, is the location of the UN Defense Department, central Fleet operations, and the commander and staff of the UN First Fleet. Construction of the complex began in 2028 as part of Project ZEUS, however, bureaucratic changes within UNIN, increased focus on Mars, and the worker shortage on Callisto led to the base being put on hold until 2033. After the Mars Crisis, and the signing of an exclusive contract with the Callisto Void Workers Union, construction resumed and the state of the art facility was completed in mid 2034. By the start of 2035 UNIN operations had moved fully to Callisto, and the tight relationship between UNIN and the workers of Callisto ensure that the Jovian Moon will remain the heart of UNIN operations for the foreseeable future.
