Ex-Diplomaticus/SWATJester (though the latter name predates the game). Formerly Staff Intelligence Officer for Fleet HQ. Currently (Late August, 2013) CO UNS Boomtown, Panner-class.

UN Designations Officer, responsible for designating codenames for all foreign assets (ship classes, missiles, sensors, etc.) whether Federation, Cornucopia, or alien.
