UNEC, the United Nations Executive Council, is the most powerful assembly within the UN, consisting of the leaders of UNIN, UNSA, UNDOT UNIEB, UNRA, UNCAO, and UNFRAD. A unanimous agreement by UNEC is- provided it's not unpopular enough to get them voted out of office on the spot- law. It requires UNEC approval to sign international treaties, initiate a multi-department project, or get anything else of note done.
