It was laid down on 28th May 2031 and commissioned on 16th August 2031 at the Valhalla Naval Yard. It is commanded by Cmdr. President of Tennis.

Past Engagements and Current Assignment

The Biliran was initially assigned to the 1st Cruiser Squadron, and it has remained attached to this Squadron for the duration of its service.
