In December 2035, UNIEB Director Jimmy4400Nav proposed a method of geosurveying Klondike-Kagayan while the Linelayers built the jumpgate to execute War Plan White.
Project: Comstock
1. We research two, very cheap missile designs:

Comstock-Sifter Carrier Missile Size: 4 MSP (0.2 HS) Warhead: 0 Armour: 0 Manoeuvre Rating: 10 Speed: 5000 km/s Endurance: 75 minutes Range: 22.5m km Cost Per Missile: 1.6333 Second Stage: Sifter Probe x1 Second Stage Separation Range: 0 km Overall Endurance: 135 days Overall Range: 22.5m km Chance to Hit: 1k km/s 50% 3k km/s 10% 5k km/s 10% 10k km/s 5% Materials Required: 0.9x Boronide 0.4x Uridium Fuel x1250
2. We manufacture several runs of the missile and probes, enough to reliable cover Klondike 1 through 5 and scan them for data.
3. We send a pair of Cape Towns through and run them on low power, once close enough to a body, they will launch their payloads at one of the worlds, saturating it geo-scanners.
4. The Cape Towns will then return through JP and rinse an repeat as needed.
