The Sovremenny is a Federation PDC. Claimed to be a "sensor platform", it is more likely full of weaponry.
Capabilities
Estimated tonnage of 19,950. It is equipped with two active sensors, one strength 100 resolution 1 anti-missile sensor, and a strength 3600 resolution 60 sensor giving it a detection range of about 23m km [1].
