The UN Foreign Relations and Diplomatic Outreach (UNFRaD) branch was created alongside UNCAO in response to the Lunar Nationhood referendum, to provide a primary point of contact for non-UN entities to bring issues to the attention of the United Nations Executive Council. Ambassador CeeBees was the first director of UNFRaD.
