--------CURRENT STANDING ORDERS--------
MAD:
If the Federation launches any form of attack on Earth Surface targets that isn't purely ground troops, open fire will all UN PDCs on Federation PDCs, evenly splitting all missiles and/or cannons. If we have meson cannons left over after their own platforms are dust, take care of other threats and finally their shipyards.
Standard Cruising Speed is currently set at 2500 kps for UN warships, this speed will be used if no orders to the contrary are given.
Resupply Whenever present at a depot containing sufficient fuel, maintenance supplies, or ordnance to reload or resupply, UN warships will do so. This order is rescinded in time of war in light of the lengthy time to reload ordnance.
Berlin IIS: 6 Exocet, 12 Eagles, 30 Hornet-C, 90 Mosquito-B. Berlin IIM: 13 Exocet, 30 Eagle. Surigao: 5 Hornet-C, 30 Mosquito-B. Samar II: 25 Hornet-C, 10 Mosquito-B. Capetown: 10 Eagles. Capetown B: 13 Eagles, 1 Hornet-C.
Jump Point Protocol
1. Jump Tenders shall remain on Jump Points with their escorts, escorts to maintain active sensors unless directly ordered otherwise.
2. Survey Vessels will begin with a preliminary Astro-Survey and then a Geo Survey of nearby system bodies.
3. Jump Tenders should immediately return to their system of origin once escorts have cleared the immediate area to report safe transit and bring through survey vessels.
4. Following preliminary astro-survey results, tenders should jump back at least once every eight hours to maintain contact with Ragnarok Fleet Headquarters.
5. All transits into unsecured systems should be squadron transits, with squadrons to form up on the Jump Point after transit.
6. In case of contact, escorts are to defend the Tender to the best of their ability until a return jump can be effected. If at all possible, efforts to disguise the location of the Sol Jump Point should be taken.
General Order to Shipyards - Whenever not ordered to perform another activity, shipyards should undergo capacity expansion.
For BuOrd, with regard to Tranquility - When UNRL orders removal of ordnance production from Tranquility, shift production of any missiles ordered to Earth, leaving only completion of the currently produced missile, since this transfer will take little time.
Thebes Aliens In the event of alien transit into Hakahaka, all survey vessels, tenders, and non-warships in Hakahaka and the systems beyond are to be recalled into Roanoke.

-------CURRENT ACTIVE ORDERS-------- To: GFTF From: UNGF Command Subject: Additional Infantry Training
Upon completion of the currently ordered engineering brigades, begin training of a further 12 battalions of Mobile Infantry, using cadres whenever possible.
MEDAL In addition, recognition of the fine legacy of those who have given their lives in the service of the United Nations will awarded to all family members and students of fallen officers (rerolled characters) as the UNIN Legacy award worth 25 PP.
To: UNGF Engineers, Troop Transports
From: UNIN BuFac
Subject: Callisto Dome Construction
With the current lull in engineering requirements, UNGF Engineers on Callisto will assist in constructing additional living space for UNIN support personnel totally 100 Infrastructure units unless directly countermanded by UNIEB. In addition, all newly trained engineers will be shipped to Callisto on the first available transport.
To: Hiseki Kawamoto, BuOrd
From: UNIN Gnooble
Subject: Ordnance Disposal
We are beginning the second phase of ordnance disposal to clear our munitions bunkers. Please order your teams to begin scrapping of all remaining Hornet-A and Hornet B missiles. In addition scrap all Hammer cruise missiles not currently loaded in silos on Earth, and all Exocet missiles currently in TOMB. Remaining stocks of Exocets will be preserved until the final phase out of size 8 missiles is complete.
To: UNS Aristarchus From: UNIN Intelligence Subject: MINOTAUR Tracking
In anticipation of the deployment of survey vessels and commercial ships into Klondike-Kagayan, you are ordered to take your ship into K2 - accelerating at 2000 kps until reaching 500million km from ACROPOLIS (Klondike-VI), then slowing to 500kps for close approach until MINOTAUR is detected. Once MINOTAUR is detected, hold position along a DDL between the hostile task group and the Sol Jump Point under emission control. Report all alien movement.
BGreman, I think keeping them in sensor view may mess with speed of updates, if need be feel free to pull back until they are just outside sensor detection. For the thread, this should still let us track them if they move toward the point without causing update interrupts.
To: UNS Caloocan From: UNIN Subject: Batavia
You are dispatched to Uwazi to rendezvous with WAYFARER. Set cruising speed until you break the orbit of Saturn, then accelerate to maximum velocity.

-After completion of the missile designs 19 labs are to be assigned to the Salvage module project and 1 lab is to remain with Rotenkian to begin research on missile agility 32.
-To avoid delays in game progress any freed up lab capacity without a task specified is to be distributed amongst current projects with the projects with the most labs taking priority until the admin capacity of the leading scientist is maxed out, this continues until the freed capacity is all in use or all ongoing projects are at max capacity.
-As new labs complete construction or otherwise become available they are to be assigned to the project with the most labs currently assigned to it that has free admin capacity on its leading scientist.
UNIEB
With the conclusion of our deal with Cornucopia, it's time for another round of part manufacturing. Here is the incoming invoice of orders...
Once the final laboratory facility has finished, all resources from that are to be devoted to building the following in order...
-2X P&W 15000C-E9 Ion Engine -1X Honeywell UN/SGN-19 Mini -1X Mitsubishi Electric UN/STY-20 Phobos TDA -1X Mitsubishi Electric UN/SEY-21 Deimos EMDA -1X Geosurvey Sensor -1X Jump Dynamics JD 7000C TRD -4XRolls-Royce Centurion Series Nuclear Pulse Engine -1x Jumpgate construction module 360 -18x P&W 15000C-E9 Ion Engine -42x Mitsubishi Electric I60m Ion Engine -9x Honeywell UN/SGN-19 Mini -9x Mitsubishi Electric UN/STY-20 Phobos TDA -15x Mitsubishi Electric UN/SEY-21 Deimos EMDA -9x Geological Survey Sensors -6x Gravitational Survey Sensors -9x Jump Dynamics JD 7000C TRD -6x Jump Dynamics JD2250-350 TRD
Also Effective November 1st 2036, 90% of our resources going into CI-Industry conversions will be transferred over to the prefabrication project (in game, we have 10% of our total industry going into CI-Industry, 9 of that will be going to the conversions, so they're will still be 1% total industry in the conversions).
In total, we'll have 44% of our total industry devoted to these prefabrications. The Masada project will be completed in one year barring any more devotion of resources to it.
Meanwhile, Add another 400 CI to the CI-Mine Conversion project.
Also Add another 100 mines slated to be automated.
UNRL
Shipyards
ISS
- (Tooled for: Mayflower)
- Once the slipway finishes, retool for Brunel.
Sydney Shipworks
- (Tooled for: Praetor; Currently building the last Praetor)
- - Continue expansion up to a maximum of 100,000 tonnes.

Commercial Fleet
Freighter Task Force York should transport every automine constructed on Earth to Tranquility, checking for new mines every month.
Lyells are to report to Callisto Fleet Base once handed over by Cornucopia. Await further orders. Do NOT use the Principles of Exploration.
Stockpiles
Whenever a complete set of Lyell parts is produced, hand it over to Cornucopia. Don't do this more than 10 times.
Where a reserve level has not been set for a mineral for a colony which is constructing anything that reserve level should be raised to 100.
UNCAO
Noone shall sell or offer any systems, planets, moons or bodies of land or space outside of Sol to anyone.
PRINCIPLES OF EXPLORATION
UNRL (commercial) ships are NOT to use these principles. They have been cancelled for UNRL. When left without any orders, please ask for guidance.
1) Gravsurvey vessels, on leaving port, should immediately head to the nearest system (as expressed in kilometres) in which there is an unexplored jump point or unsurveyed points to begin exploration.
1a) On entering an unexplored system, gravsurvey vessels are to do flybys of potentially habitable worlds to verify their colonisation status. If the gravsurvey vessel is equipped with a thermal sensor, it is to approach to within a million kilometres of that system's primary to verify the presence of any other vessels in the vicinity, if the system contains any worlds at all.
2) On completing a survey of a given system, if a gravsurvey vessel still has adequate mission time available, it is to head through the nearest unexplored jump point and commence a new survey.
2a) If an unexplored jump point is not available, it is to head to the nearest system with an unexplored point or the nearest system with unsurveyed points, whichever is closer.
3) Geosurvey vessels, on leaving port, are to head to the nearest unsurveyed or partly unsurveyed system containing worlds of colony cost 3 or lower which has been verified as empty by a gravsurvey vessel and commence operations.
3a) If such a system is not currently available, vessels are to head to the nearest empty system with unsurveyed bodies larger than asteroids.
4) Geosurvey vessels are not to survey asteroids or comets except in systems earmarked for colonisation.
4a) An exception to this can be made if there are no currently available unsurveyed systems, at which point the vessel will commence surveying the nearest belt.
5) On completion of a survey, a geosurvey vessel is to proceed as if it was leaving port from its present point.
6) All survey vessels are to return to port when under 30% of their fuel capacity.
7) Any of these principles can be overridden at any point by UNIN, UNRL, UNFRAD or UNCAO.
