--------CURRENT STANDING ORDERS--------
MAD:
If the Federation launches any form of attack on Earth Surface targets that isn't purely ground troops, open fire will all UN PDCs on Federation PDCs, evenly splitting all missiles and/or cannons. If we have meson cannons left over after their own platforms are dust, take care of other threats and finally their shipyards.
Standard Cruising Speed is currently set at 2500 kps for UN warships, this speed will be used if no orders to the contrary are given.
Resupply Whenever present at a depot containing sufficient fuel, maintenance supplies, or ordnance to reload or resupply, UN warships will do so. This order is rescinded in time of war in light of the lengthy time to reload ordnance.
Berlin IIS: 6 Exocet, 12 Eagles, 30 Hornet-C, 90 Mosquito-B. Berlin IIM: 13 Exocet, 30 Eagle. Surigao: 5 Hornet-C, 30 Mosquito-B. Samar II: 25 Hornet-C, 10 Mosquito-B. Capetown: 10 Eagles. Capetown B: 13 Eagles, 1 Hornet-C.
Jump Point Protocol
1. Jump Tenders shall remain on Jump Points with their escorts, escorts to maintain active sensors unless directly ordered otherwise.
2. Survey Vessels will begin with a preliminary Astro-Survey and then a Geo Survey of nearby system bodies.
3. Jump Tenders should immediately return to their system of origin once escorts have cleared the immediate area to report safe transit and bring through survey vessels.
4. Following preliminary astro-survey results, tenders should jump back at least once every eight hours to maintain contact with Ragnarok Fleet Headquarters.
5. All transits into unsecured systems should be squadron transits, with squadrons to form up on the Jump Point after transit.
6. In case of contact, escorts are to defend the Tender to the best of their ability until a return jump can be effected. If at all possible, efforts to disguise the location of the Sol Jump Point should be taken.
General Order to Shipyards - Whenever not ordered to perform another activity, shipyards should undergo capacity expansion.
For BuOrd, with regard to Tranquility - When UNRL orders removal of ordnance production from Tranquility, shift production of any missiles ordered to Earth, leaving only completion of the currently produced missile, since this transfer will take little time.
Thebes Aliens In the event of alien transit into Hakahaka, all survey vessels, tenders, and non-warships in Hakahaka and the systems beyond are to be recalled into Roanoke.

UNS Ilocos, which will then come in for overhaul.
To: UNGF Engineers, Troop Transports
From: UNIN BuFac
Subject: Callisto Dome Construction
With the current lull in engineering requirements, UNGF Engineers on Callisto will assist in constructing additional living space for UNIN support personnel totally 100 Infrastructure units unless directly countermanded by UNIEB. In addition, all newly trained engineers will be shipped to Callisto on the first available transport.
To: COLLIER
From: BuOrd
Subject: Denel Shortages
Perform a fuel transfer to Callisto, dropping 90% of both fuel and maintenance supplies on each trip, shuttling only fuel and maintenance supplies on the other 29.
Newly built Guams will join COLLIER when completed. This operation will move at a speed of 2000 kps.
To: UNS Samar, UNS Bohol
From: UNIN
Subject: Immediate Picket Operations
Commanders, immediately move to rendevous 500,000km starward of the THEBES jump point with actives on and serve as a picket force against any alien transit. Security of human lives must be given priority, contacts should be hailed, and, should they attempt to close on your position, you are authorized to act in the defense of yourselves and other UN vessels in the area.
To: UNS Capetown, UNS Mombasa, UNS Osaka, UNS Busan, UNS Didyma, UNS Leyte
From: UNIN
Re: Alien Contact
These Capetowns/Delphi will form TG WATCHTOWER, refuel and resupply at Callisto, and set course for the K2 JP at maximum speed, diverting to Roanoke -> Hakahaka -> THEBES Picket after reaching the destination, taking on all necessary personnel and forming up. There they will serve as additional firepower for the Samar escorts.
To: UNS Eratosthenes
From: UNIN
Re: Alien Contact
Upon arrival at Roanoke, continue via Hakahaka to the Thebes picket, and await scouting and contact operations. After arrival of UNS Turing and transit into Thebes, set course directly away from the star at maximum speed, astro-survey the system, and broadcast the results back to UNS Turing when it transit back in-system after 24 hours. Further orders will arrive at that time before UNIN withdraws contact and you go under emission control for scouting operations.
To: UNS Cibola, UNS Shambhala, UNS Boomtown, UNS Alan Turing (WAYFARER)
From: UNIN
Subject: New Survey Orders
With the withdrawal from the trans-Hakahaka systems in preparation for xenos contact, WAYFARER will first form up in orbit of Jamestown before departing for the Uwazi JP and carrying out grav-survey operations in the system. Once the Sonora evacuation is complete, UNS Alan Turing should first detour to provide transit for UNS Eratosthenes into Thebes, receive the astro-survey results, and then depart for Jamestown to carry out the rest of their orders. With Turing's superior speed, it should be able to avoid any unnecessary delay in the Uwazi Survey.

To: UNS Hipparchus
Subj: Repositioning
Commander, due to the nature of Federation movements, we are re-positioning your ship to better cover the Zhongguo Jump Point. Move your ship at 2000kps to a point 50m km out from the JP along the Zhongguo-Saturn DDL and hold position along the line under emission control. Respect for Federation territory is imperative, even if it lengthens your course.
From: UNIN
CC: BuTrain, BuShips, UNRL, UNFRAD
To: UNS Rhodes, UNS Malta, UNS Arthur C. Clarke, UNS Sulu, UNS Midway
Subj: Orders
UNS Sulu and UNS Midway should detach from Training Squadron and head to Earth to serve as escort to Monitor Two, which will be composed UNS Malta, UNS Rhodes and the UNRL linelayer UNAS Clarke upon their completion by BuShips. With UNRL's approval, this TG will depart Earth for Callisto at 1000kps, where the Monitors will join Training Squadron for initial task force integration exercises, while Sulu, Midway, and Clarke, will take on double size security detachments and then make way for the Zhongguo Jump Point at 1000kps to begin construction of a jump gate.
THESE ORDERS ARE CONTIGENT ON UNRL's APPROVAL
UNSA
-After the completion of PROJECT SPRINTER the resources and Scientist assigned to that are to research first Military Ion engines (0.9 Fuel efficency and 75% thermal reduction)then Standard Civilian (0.9 fuel effiency, no thermal reduction.) After this Rotenkian is to recieve 19 labs from project sprinter to complete his warhead research. 14 labs are to be given to MagicBoots for the Composite armor research project. 1 Lab is to remain with Eumenides and he is to resume research on small crew quarters.
-To avoid delays in game progress any freed up lab capacity without a task specified is to be distributed amongst current projects with the projects with the most labs taking priority until the admin capacity of the leading scientist is maxed out, this continues until the freed capacity is all in use or all ongoing projects are at max capacity.
-As new labs complete construction or otherwise become available they are to be assigned to the project with the most labs currently assigned to it that has free admin capacity on its leading scientist.
UNIEB
We will be shifiting focus once this latest round of fleet expansions is completed to converting our economy to a purely TNE one. Labs will be built as well:
-35% of CC will be in lab manufacturing
-15% will be in CI-Mine Conversions (300 CI will be converted)
-10% Will be in CI-Ordinance Conversions (150 CI will be converted)
-20% Will be in CI-Industry Conversions
UNRL
Sydney Shipworks is to produce 2 Praetors.
Samsung should build 2 more Linelayers, for a total of 3.
Continue expansion of Sydney Shipworks up to a maximum of 100,000 tonnes.
Continue expansion of Mitsubishi Commercial up to 30,000 tonnes. Seek new orders at that point.
Cease all construction at the ISS until Ion Engines are researched. Subsequently, a new raft of designs will be provided for a refitting programme.
Freighter Task Force York should transport every automine constructed on Earth to Tranquility, checking for new mines every month.
PRINCIPLES OF EXPLORATION
1) Gravsurvey vessels, on leaving port, should immediately head to the nearest system (as expressed in kilometres) in which there is an unexplored jump point or unsurveyed points to begin exploration.
1a) On entering an unexplored system, gravsurvey vessels are to do flybys of potentially habitable worlds to verify their colonisation status. If the gravsurvey vessel is equipped with a thermal sensor, it is to approach to within a million kilometres of that system's primary to verify the presence of any other vessels in the vicinity, if the system contains any worlds at all.
2) On completing a survey of a given system, if a gravsurvey vessel still has adequate mission time available, it is to head through the nearest unexplored jump point and commence a new survey.
2a) If an unexplored jump point is not available, it is to head to the nearest system with an unexplored point or the nearest system with unsurveyed points, whichever is closer.
3) Geosurvey vessels, on leaving port, are to head to the nearest unsurveyed or partly unsurveyed system containing worlds of colony cost 3 or lower which has been verified as empty by a gravsurvey vessel and commence operations.
3a) If such a system is not currently available, vessels are to head to the nearest empty system with unsurveyed bodies larger than asteroids.
4) Geosurvey vessels are not to survey asteroids or comets except in systems earmarked for colonisation.
4a) An exception to this can be made if there are no currently available unsurveyed systems, at which point the vessel will commence surveying the nearest belt.
5) On completion of a survey, a geosurvey vessel is to proceed as if it was leaving port from its present point.
6) All survey vessels are to return to port when under 30% of their fuel capacity.
7) Any of these principles can be overridden at any point by UNIN, UNRL, UNFRAD or UNCAO.
