--------CURRENT STANDING ORDERS--------

MAD: If the Federation launches any form of attack on Earth Surface targets that isn't purely ground troops, open fire will all UN PDCs on Federation PDCs, evenly splitting all missiles and/or cannons. If we have meson cannons left over after their own platforms are dust, take care of other threats and finally their shipyards.

Standard Cruising Speed is currently set at 2500 kps for UN warships, this speed will be used if no orders to the contrary are given.

Resupply Whenever present at a depot containing sufficient fuel, maintenance supplies, or ordnance to reload or resupply, UN warships will do so. This order is rescinded in time of war in light of the lengthy time to reload ordnance.

Jump Point Protocol

1. Jump Tenders shall remain on Jump Points with their escorts, escorts to maintain active sensors unless directly ordered otherwise.

2. Survey Vessels will begin with a preliminary Astro-Survey and then a Geo Survey of nearby system bodies.

3. Jump Tenders should immediately return to their system of origin once escorts have cleared the immediate area to report safe transit and bring through survey vessels.

4. Following preliminary astro-survey results, tenders should jump back at least once every eight hours to maintain contact with Ragnarok Fleet Headquarters.

5. All transits into unsecured systems should be squadron transits, with squadrons to form up on the Jump Point after transit.

6. In case of contact, escorts are to defend the Tender to the best of their ability until a return jump can be effected. If at all possible, efforts to disguise the location of the Sol Jump Point should be taken.

General Order to Shipyards - Whenever not ordered to perform another activity, shipyards should undergo capacity expansion.

For BuOrd, with regard to Tranquility - When UNRL orders removal of ordnance production from Tranquility, shift production of any missiles ordered to Earth, leaving only completion of the currently produced missile, since this transfer will take little time.

To: BuShips From: Fleet HQ Subject: REFIT SCHEDULE FOR CAPE TOWN DESTROYERS

Upon completion of the second run of Cape Town-Bs, we will begin refits for the Cape Towns currently in service in order of commisioning. This order is summarized below:

2nd Refits: UNS Osaka, UNS Busan

3rd Refits: UNS Kharkiv, UNS Tartu

Upon completion of refits, the Cape Town-Bs will return to Callisto and rejoin the rest of the fleet

To: GFTF From: UNGF Command Subject: Additional Infantry Training

Upon completion of the currently ordered engineering brigades, begin training of a further 12 battalions of Mobile Infantry, using cadres whenever possible.

To: UNS Leyte From: UNIN Subject: Oversight

Commander, move to 2 Pallas at cruising speed, and take up a standard picket at 5m km along the Pallas-Earth line. Leyte will send the shuttle to inspect the ship, verify that it is Shrike, and hold position with active on until recalled or given further orders.

In addition, recognition of the fine legacy of those who have given their lives in the service of the United Nations will awarded to all family members and students of fallen officers (rerolled characters) as the UNIN Legacy award worth 25 PP.

To: UNS Surigao, UNS Ilocos From: UNIN Re: Armament

UNS Surigao is recalled to Callisto at cruising speed for overhaul and rearmament - upon completion, Surigao will return to the Roanoke JP to relieve UNS Ilocos, which will then come in for overhaul.

To: UNGF Engineers, Troop Transports From: UNIN BuFac Subject: Callisto Dome Construction

With the current lull in engineering requirements, UNGF Engineers on Callisto will assist in constructing additional living space for UNIN support personnel totally 100 Infrastructure units unless directly countermanded by UNIEB. In addition, all newly trained engineers will be shipped to Callisto on the first available transport.

The final Endymion will be UNS Eratosthenes. Upon completion it will depart directly for Roanoke at 1600 kps, increasing speed to 2000 once it has cleared the asteroid belt.

To: UNS Boomtown, WAYFARER From: UNIN Subject: UNTJS004

UNCAO has particular interest in the bodies of the C component of the newly found star system. UNS Shambhala (WAYFARER Survey) should start a geo survey of these bodies while Boomtown is enroute, at which point, Boomtown will help complete the geo survey of the system. Once Shambhala has reached orbit safely, UNS Turing and UNS Bohol (WAYFARER Shuttle) will head to the other unexplored point in UNTJS002, perform astro survey, and then return to allow transit of Boomtown and keep track of Shambhala.

To: COLLIER From: BuOrd Subject: Denel Shortages

perform the a fuel transfer to Callisto, dropping 90% of both fuel and maintenance supplies on each trip, and dropping off a single load of Albatross missiles on their first run, and shuttling only fuel and maintenance supplies on the other 29. Maintenance transfer will halt once Earth's stockpile falls below 300 (calculated as roughly 5 trips)

Newly built Guams will join COLLIER when completed. This operation will move at a speed of 2000 kps.

To: PIONEER SURVEY From: UNIN Subject: Orders

Captain, take your survey group into Hakahaka to assist UNS Cibola in the gravsurvey of what is rapidly becoming a crossroads system. Upon completion of the Hakahaka grav survey, UNS Cibola will investigate UNSTJS004 alongside Shambhala and Boomtown, while PIONEER Survey returns to Callisto for overhaul and refueling in preparation for eventual survey operations in Klondike-Kagayan.

Upon completion of geosurvey of UNTJS004-C and its orbiting bodies, have Shambhala begin gravitational survey. UNS Boomtown will complete the system geosurvey. UNS Cibola will join Shambhala once Hakahaka survey is complete.

UNSA

-To avoid delays in game progress any freed up lab capacity without a task specified is to be distributed amongst current projects with the projects with the most labs taking priority until the admin capacity of the leading scientist is maxed out, this continues until the freed capacity is all in use or all ongoing projects are at max capacity.

-As new labs complete construction they are to be assigned to the project with the most labs currently assigned to it that has free admin capacity on its leading scientist.

-Viewtyjoe is to use his lab to begin research on Improved warhead design. (WH4).

-Upon completion of Reload rate 2 a Size 6 PDC launcher using the improved reload tech is to be researched by Slaan using the 13 labs available. This is for the new missile PDC designs (proposals in skunkworks.)

-Once all this is completed Dr Slaan is to take over Project sprinter from Dr Magicboots using both his labs (13) and 19 of those already assigned to project Sprinter for a total of 31 Labs. At this point Dr Magicboots is to begin research into Composite Armor using the single lab remaining in his control.

UNIEB

We will be shifiting focus once this latest round of fleet expansions is completed to converting our economy to a purely TNE one. Labs will be built as well:

-35% of CC will be in lab manufacturing

-15% will be in CI-Mine Conversions (300 CI will be converted)

-10% Will be in CI-Ordinance Conversions (150 CI will be converted)

-20% Will be in CI-Industry Conversions

-20% will go to making Terraforming Instillations (5 of the at present).

Sydney Shipworks is to produce 2 Praetors.

Samsung should build 2 more Linelayers, for a total of 3.

Continue expansion of Sydney Shipworks up to a maximum of 100,000 tonnes.

Continue expansion of Mitsubishi Commercial up to 30,000 tonnes. Seek new orders at that point.

Cease all construction at the ISS until Ion Engines are researched. Subsequently, a new raft of designs will be provided for a refitting programme.
